Abstract submission

Abstract submission is now open – Click here to submit your abstract.

The conference will be a hybrid event with physical, “normal” oral presentations, and also pre-recorded presentations that are available only digitally for those who cannot attend in person. Pre-recorded presentations will be made available on-line so that all participants (online or on-site) of the conference can see them at any time during the conference. The pre-recorded presentations will also include a “chat” to make it possible to pose questions to the author. When you submit an abstract you will need to select either oral or pre-recorded presentation.

If you have a previously accepted abstract, i.e. for the submissions made before the pandemic and the postponement of the conference, you will need to submit your abstract again. However, your previous acceptance is still valid and upon submitting you must choose “previously accepted”. Thus, your abstract will not be reviewed again.

Please note the following requirements:
• Submission deadline: December 1, 2021.
• Use appropriate template for submission.
• Submission must be in pdf file format.
• Name the document “Last name of first author, First name of first author”, e.g.: ”Scheele, Carl Wilhelm”.

When the review is complete, corresponding authors will be notified via e-mail whether their contribution has been (a) selected for oral presentation, (b) selected for poster presentation, or (c) rejected. Paper submission is compulsory for oral presenters – both on-site and digital – and optional for poster presenters.
